At Arizona Sports and Injury Massage, every session is reserved exclusively for you. Time, preparation, and treatment planning, which is why the following refund policy is in place. 

SERVICES RENDERED

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been performed. Because massage therapy and bodywork are professional services results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may be moved to another available appointment time without penalty.

Due to the nature of the business any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no shows") WILL be charged full appointment fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

PREPAID SESSIONS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

All sessions will be prepaid in order to hold an appointment. Prepaid services and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 

PACKAGES

If treatment packages are offered, unused sessions are non-refundable. If an exception is granted, any completed sessions will be recalculated at the regular individual session rate before any remaining balance is refunded. 

PRODUCT PURCHASES

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety standards unless they are defective.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

Your comfort and care are important to us. If you have concern during your session please let your therapist know immediately so adjustments can be made. If you have concern after your appointment, please contact us promptly so we can discuss them and determine an appropriate resolution.

Arizona Sports and Injury Massage reveres the right to update the policy at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
