Mobility and Functional Movement Therapy is built for active people who feel tight, restricted, or uncoordinated, even when they stretch regularly. I look beyond isolated muscles to see how your body moves as a system-where joints are stiff, which areas are doing extra work, and how those patterns affect your activities.
Your session may include neuromuscular re-education massage to retrain unhelpful muscle firing patterns, functional movement therapy to clean up how you squat, walk, run, or rotate, and joint mobility restoration to ease stiffness so your joints can move the way they were designed to. I often blend in dynamic stretching massage, combining hands-on work with assisted movement to build flexibility that actually shows up in real-life motion.
Over time, this approach can reduce compensation, improve coordination, and make day-to-day movement feel smoother, more efficient, and less painful, whether you are in the gym, on the field, or simply moving through your day.
